The Short Version

We collect no personal information. Wheely works entirely offline and does not require an account, email address, phone number, or any other identifier.

All content you create in the app — including your wheels, wheel options, spin history, favorites, challenge results, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. We have no servers, and this data is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

2. In-App Purchases

Wheely offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Wheely Pro") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. When you make a purchase:

• Payment is handled by Apple. We never see or store your payment details, billing address, or Apple ID.
• Apple may share limited, anonymized transaction information with the app (such as whether your subscription is active) solely to unlock Pro features on your device.

Apple's handling of your payment data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

3. Sharing Features

If you choose to share a spin result, the app uses your device's built-in share sheet. What you share, and with whom, is entirely under your control. Wheely does not log or transmit shared content.

4. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking

Wheely contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no tracking technologies. We do not use cookies, device fingerprinting, or advertising identifiers (IDFA).

5. Children's Privacy

Wheely is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app collects no data at all, there is no information for us to obtain, retain, or delete.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data lives on your device, you are in full control of it:

• Delete individual wheels, history entries, or results inside the app at any time.
• Deleting the app removes all locally stored data permanently.

7. Security

Your data never leaves your device, which is the strongest privacy protection available. Local data is protected by your device's built-in security (such as device encryption and passcode/Face ID).

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since Wheely does not collect any personal data, these rights are automatically satisfied — there is simply nothing held about you. If you have questions, you can always contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the app handles data (for example, if a future version adds optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and the effective date above before the change takes effect. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's update notes.
